One of its key offerings is the Disha Parivartan Fellowship, which provides financial support of Rs 10,000 per month to two selected social leaders for two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension. To qualify, applicants must have been engaged in their social initiative for at least one year, and the initiative must be a unique, non-profit idea. The selection process involves application screening, interviews, and field visits.

Additionally, the Sahaj Foundation runs an organizational transformation program that includes both optional and mandatory sessions, encouraging participants to engage in self-study. This structure supports the development of effective social initiatives across India.
