Technology Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (TIEDC) is the entrepreneurship cell of Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) in Waknaghat, Himachal Pradesh. Established in January 2017, TIEDC focuses on fostering innovation and self-employment among youth by transforming engineering research projects into viable startups. The cell provides mentoring, skill-building programs, and infrastructure support to help budding entrepreneurs develop their ideas.

TIEDC offers a range of services, including entrepreneurship programs and workshops to enhance managerial skills, ongoing mentoring, and incubation services. It organizes events such as workshops and showcases to connect entrepreneurs with industry insights and funding opportunities. TIEDC has successfully incubated 16 startups and currently supports 9 active ventures, emphasizing its mission to promote self-employment and entrepreneurial spirit under the banner "#Innovating Himachal."
