We hereby offer you, the HR Consultancy and Management Solutions under various Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances with nominal charges. We will ensure 100% Compliance & Registration.

Permanent Monthly Consultancy Charges is of Rs. 5999/- (Government Authority Fee or registration fee or return fee will be charged as per Govt. fee applicable & when required)

• We participate at Conciliation proceedings before presiding Labour Officer.
• Participate in EPF & ESIC investigation proceedings, submission of record etc.
• Represent Labour Disputes in Court (High Court / Labour Court / MAC Tribunal)
For Above: Charges applicable as per case & vary from case to case. (TA-DA applicable on actual)

We Manage Disciplinary Issues :- (Rs 999/- per case)

We handle Compensation & Benefit Management :-
(Payroll is Rs. 9 per employee & with EPF & ESIC Challan & related services is Rs. 12/- per employee)
(Only for EPF or ESIC statutory compliance is Rs. 8 per employee)
• Process Payroll Cycle, generate timely and accurate Wages, Incentive, Over Time & Arrear.
• Leave Management (Maintain as per Leave Rules & accuracy)
• Process employee's Full & Final Settlements accordingly.

Manpower Solutions:- We provide Quality middle or senior level Manpower @ 8.33 % of the CTC.

Organise Training & Development programs :- (Charges applicable as per training program)
