Spandhika Orthotics is a health‑technology startup developing smart, sensor‑embedded orthotic insoles that enable real‑time foot pressure and gait monitoring in everyday life.

Our wearable insole integrates flexible materials, embedded sensors, and electronics to continuously capture foot biomechanics during normal walking. The system helps clinicians and users detect abnormal pressure points, monitor rehabilitation progress, and prevent complications related to diabetes, injury, and mobility disorders.

Unlike traditional lab‑based gait analysis systems, our solution works inside regular footwear, making foot health monitoring accessible, comfortable, and affordable.

We are currently progressing from prototype to MVP, supported by clinical validation and academic collaborations. Our core technology is protected through a granted patent.
