It is actively involved in  social initiatives since 2009 in Himachal Pradesh, Delhi/NCR,  Haryana, Madhya Pradesh,  Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Bihar. SDMC Trust is supporting schools, institutions offering health services and emergency financial assistance to needy individuals for medical purpose. The trust is running free healthcare dispensary in Himachal Pradesh (Gagret Area) which include free primary healthcare services, health camps for communities and ambulance service for the needy.  The trust has made notable contribution in providing relief aid during natural calamities.
