Shiva Institute of Engineering & Technology (SIET) is a private coeducational engineering college located in Chandpur, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India. Established in 2009, it is part of the Shiva Group of Institutions and operates under the Shiva Educational Society. The campus spans 10 acres and accommodates over 1,200 students, supported by a dedicated faculty of 23 members and an administrative staff of 100.

SIET offers undergraduate engineering programs in five disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering. The institute is affiliated with Himachal Pradesh Technical University and Himachal Pradesh University, and it is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The college provides a range of facilities, including fully equipped laboratories, a computerized library, hostels, and a cafeteria, all aimed at fostering a conducive learning environment.
