Cottage check-in & check-out time is 12noon & above room charge is on per room per night basis. Cottage will be charging 50% of above publish/rack rate beyond check out time, if you wish to retain room between 1200hrs to 1800hrs (6pm). After 1800hrs (6pm), above full preferential rate will be applicable.

Child policy: A child below 5 years sharing existing bedding with parents is free of charge. 03rd person ( 6 years & above) supplement charge @INR550 CPAI /800 -sharing same room will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel/modify your reservations, please do so before 1300hrs (local hotel time) two days before of arrival date or you will be charged retention for the first night.
