The Moot Court Committee (MCC) is the official student committee for managing mooting activities and events at Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla.

The Committee consists of members from five batches of the B.B.A./B.A., LL.B (Hons.) programme. The fourth students lead these members and work under the supervision of the Faculty Convenor and Teacher co-ordinators from HPNLU, Shimla. The committee has a Convenor, two Co-convenors, and an additional co-convenor and two members from each batch.

The Committee conducts the two Intra University Moot Court Competition each year, a competition that forms the basis for the selection of university students to prepare them for national and International Moot Court Competition.

The Committee is also committed to train and prepares every student especially the fresher batch on the nuances of mooting, drafting and advocacy by holding workshops, orientation & comprehensive guidance program.
