The Himachal Pradesh High Court is the highest judicial authority in Himachal Pradesh, India, established on January 17, 1971. Its headquarters is located at Ravenswood in Shimla. The court's history dates back to 1948, when it was initially formed as a Court of Judicial Commissioner. It became an independent High Court upon the state's attainment of full statehood in 1971.

The court has a sanctioned strength of 17 judges, including the Chief Justice, and currently has 12 judges presiding. It exercises original, appellate, supervisory, and writ jurisdiction over constitutional, civil, and criminal matters within the state. The court plays a crucial role in interpreting constitutional provisions and ensuring the enforcement of fundamental rights. It also follows adapted rules from the Punjab High Court.
