Government Degree College Pulwama (GDC Pulwama) is a co-educational institution located in the Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir. Established on January 15, 1986, it is affiliated with the University of Kashmir. The college began in a secondary school building and moved to its current campus in May 2001. It has grown significantly, now enrolling over 6,000 students annually and offering a range of facilities including a research center, auditorium, gymnasium, and more.

GDC Pulwama provides over 60 academic programs across more than 30 departments in fields such as Science, Arts, Social Science, and Commerce. Key undergraduate courses include Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). The college also hosts an IGNOU Study Centre for distance education and offers B.Ed and M.Ed programs in collaboration with the University of Kashmir. The institution is recognized for its quality education, having received NAAC A-grade accreditation and Model College status.
