Ashansaya Foundation is a zero-budget NGO founded in April 2023 by Sagnik Paul and co-founders Abheek Shyam Singh and Abheek Singh. Based in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India, it is a volunteer-led initiative focused on creating social impact through education. The foundation targets rural high school students, particularly in the Solan district, with an emphasis on higher education.

The foundation offers workshops in digital literacy, coding, design thinking, and entrepreneurship to equip students with employable skills. These programs are delivered in partnership with local schools and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), helping students build portfolios, secure internships, and find their first jobs. Ashansaya has positively impacted over 250 students in the region, fostering self-sustainability through its innovative approach.
